The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is situated near the Westfield shopping center and the subway. It is also close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, providing easy access to recreational activities. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The complimentary buffet breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop terrace offers great views of the city.

The view from the hotel is currently not ideal due to nearby construction work.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Westfield shopping area. We were delighted to find that everything we could want was within walking distance, from great shopping options to the Lee Valley Velodrome and Olympic park. The room itself was well equipped and had a lovely view. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a nicely laid out spread. The staff, especially the maitre di at breakfast, were friendly, professional, and helpful.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location with easy access to transportation and a shopping center just a few steps away. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and big windows that let in lots of natural light. We also enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast served in a glamorous breakfast room. our stay at this hotel was absolute perfection!

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, lounge area, and a good-sized bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have the option to cook our own meals after a tiring day of Easter activities. The cleanliness of the room was also commendable, making our stay comfortable. the hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, making it convenient for us to explore and dine out.

The breakfast provided was very basic, with limited choices, especially in terms of cereals. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of options to start the day.

Staying here was an incredible experience. I loved the location, it was right next to an amazing shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. The service was top-notch, from housekeeping to room service. I was impressed by the range of amenities that were provided in the room, like the kitchenette and tea and coffee-making facilities. The terrace area was lovely too and made for a great spot to relax in the evening with a drink in hand. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms which made for a peaceful night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay here. The only downside was that some staff members could benefit from some customer service training.
